Information/Tickets & Multimedia Guide
- Visitors may borrow wheelchairs, baby strollers and reading glasses at Information free of charge. Accessible services are also available.
- Large baggage left in care, locker tokens and lost & found services are available at Cloakroom Service Counter (valuable items are not accepted).
- Ticket selling and audio-guide rental are available at Tickets & Multimedia Guide.

- Visitors may leave personal items at the token lockers. Please carry the valuables with you.
Breastfeeding Room
- Built in the unconnected left and right wings of the Museum, Breastfeeding Rooms are equipped with drinking fountains, diaper changing stations, breastfeeding pillows and other facilities for breastfeeding and nursing needs.

- Visiting information, simple first aid kits, ice packs, wheel chairs, baby strollers and locker token exchange services are available at Information.
