Take the High Speed Rail to Chiayi station, depart from Exit 2 and enter the Chiayi City Transit Center and take the High Speed Rail BRT (Southern Branch of the National Palace Museum - High Speed Rail station) and get off the bus at the Southern Branch of the National Palace Museum (this 3.6 km route takes about 7 minutes).

By train: After arriving by train at Chiayi station, exit via Chiayi Rear Station and take the BRT to the High Speed Rail Chiayi Station (this 14.6 km route takes about 21 minutes), and finally transfer via shuttle bus to the Southern Branch of the National Palace Museum (this 3.6 km route takes about 7 minutes). Alternatively, take the “Chiayi County Bus” or “Chiayi Bus” heading towards Shuangxikou to get to the Southern Branch of the National Palace Museum (this 18 km route takes about 35 minutes).
