The Children’s Creative Center was established in the Southern Branch of the National Palace Museum to encourage children to explore the diversity of Asian cultures. The Center is situated on the first floor of the museum and occupies 340 m² of learning space dedicated to children ranging in age from 5 to 12. The Center features an amphitheater entitled, “Getting to Know Asia,” four interactive display areas dedicated to ceramics, textiles, tea culture, and Asian theater, as well as an Asian Culture Special Exhibition Area. Through multimedia interactive installations, DIY hands-on operation, game experience, and other formats we try to stimulate children’s enthusiasm for learning and provide them with an exhibition viewing experience that inspires an extended relationship with the Southern Branch of the National Palace Museum.
